"I had Alf Davis come and speak to a group of the men in our discovery groups and it was very well received and very helpful.
I realized at the event that I also had an anger problem and asked Alf for an appointment with him in light of what he had taught.
I was more than delighted when Alf was able to source my problem in the first visit and then walk me through dealing and getting rid of it. I cannot say that I have never been angry again but I can say with conviction I do not struggle with it any longer, and give Alf the credit for showing me how to deal with it.
